Austin McBroom Reacts to Catherine Paiz’s Cheating Accusations

Social media influencer Catherine Paiz appeared on the Wednesday, May 27 episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast and accused her former husband, Austin McBroom, of cheating. Later in the day, McBroom shared Snapchat uploads in which he addressed the allegations.

Austin McBroom took to Snapchat to offer his reaction to the infidelity accusations leveled against him by his former wife, Catherine Paiz. “What’s going on, guys? I’m back again, but this time it’s a little different,” he said at the start of the first video he shared on the platform. McBroom continued, “I know a lot of you guys have been waiting for my response to the podcast, and if I’m being honest, I was very close at giving you guys exactly what you wanted” (via PEOPLE).

The content creator revealed that he even had dressed up and bought a pink chair to offer his side of the events. He then proceeded to play what appeared to be a response video. However, he claimed that he ultimately decided against it as it might negatively impact his children with Paiz.

McBroom, 33, and Paiz, 34, have three children together: daughters Elle and Alaïa, and son Steel. Elle is nine years old, whereas Alaïa is six and Steel is four.

According to McBroom, he realized that “in order for this s— to stop, the best thing for me to do is not respond.” He added, “Because you guys see what’s going on. It would just continue and it would affect my kids, and my kids don’t deserve that.”

Previously, McBroom acknowledged in a Snapchat Stories post that he was unfaithful to Paiz before claiming that she wasn’t showing him any affection, an allegation that Paiz refuted in the Call Her Daddy podcast.

The former couple got married in 2017. They made the news of their divorce public in early 2024. They became popular through their YouTube channel, ACE Family, which they used to document their family life.
