Machine Gun Kelly (MGK) made a brief appearance at the 2025 American Music Awards (AMAs) red carpet in Las Vegas before departing early. The 35-year-old Grammy-nominated artist spoke with reporters but left the ceremony without presenting an award as originally scheduled.

MGK could not stay for the American Music Awards (AMAs) 2025 ceremony. The rapper posed for photos during the 2025 AMAs red carpet and spoke about his two-month-old daughter that he shares with Megan Fox.
The “Wild Boy” hitmaker told E! News that their newborn daughter is “great.” However, MGK could not stay at the 2025 AMAs due to his daughter’s current health condition. The “Rap Devil” singer revealed, “She has a little bit of a fever, so I’m gonna just walk the carpet and go back, you know what I mean, and handle my business.”
He added, “Give her my pheromones, and let her heal up.” MGK also talked about his feelings of fatherhood. The rapper gushed, “I was born to be a dad. Yeah, it’s my purpose.” Along with his newborn, MGK shares a 15-year-old daughter named Casie with ex girlfriend, Emma Cannon.
MGK announced the birth of his daughter on March 27. The Beyond the Lights star took to Instagram to share the happy news, writing, “She’s finally here!! our little celestial seed.”
MGK shares his baby daughter with actress Megan Fox, to whom he was engaged from 2022 to 2024. A source close to the pair claimed that both Fox and MGK are enjoying this new phase in their relationship.
The insider told PEOPLE, “Megan and MGK are really loving this time right now with their baby girl. They’re not making any big decisions about their future together as a couple because they just want to focus on the present and this new chapter as parents to their daughter together.”
Another source told the publication that the actress seems “happier” after the birth of their daughter. The insider explained, “Colson (MGK) is around a lot, and Megan seems happier with him. She hasn’t mentioned that they are back together, though.” The source also mentioned that the couple are currently focusing on their daughter.
