Fans think Chrissy Teigen has gone under the knife again in 2025, as she appears with a bandaged face in a new Instagram Live. The 39-year-old TV star switched on the Instagram livestream on Thursday, May 22, for a while.
It seemed like the mother of four kids was resting in a hospital bed with a swollen and bandaged face. The FABLife star did not answer any fan comments, leading to social media speculations (via Us Weekly).
Previously, Teigen was candid about her various surgeries and procedures. She talked about going through her eyebrow transplant surgery in 2021. She shared about the procedures on her Instagram story and posted a fair warning for her younger followers.
The Model Employee star wrote, “I never wear makeup if I can avoid it, so I was so excited for this eyebrow transplant surgery.” She also advised teens not to overpluck their eyebrows. “A little dark from the pencil but its [sic] so cool to have brows again! teens: do not pluck them all off like I did,” the celebrity said (via She Finds).
In another instance, Teigen also spoke about her breast augmentation surgery in her early modeling days and its eventual removal. Teigen explained to Glamour UK, “It was more for a swimsuit thing.” She added, “I thought, if I’m going to be posing, laid on my back, I want them to be perky!”
But after becoming a mother, she decided to undergo the breast implant removal procedure. The star noted, “But I want them out now. If I could do one thing, it would be to have a lift. I think you’re supposed to replace [implants] every ten years. But when you have kids you think about [the risks] of surgery and I think, “This is not the way I want to die, in boob surgery.””
Additionally, Teigen also told her Instagram followers in 2021 that she had gone through a buccal fat removal procedure. The cosmetic surgery reportedly helps people get a more defined and sharp jawline (via PEOPLE).
