Megan Fox welcomed her fourth child, a daughter, in March 2025, revealing that the pregnancy was “unplanned” but definitely a “pleasant surprise.” This is Fox’s first child with her former fiancé, rapper and singer Machine Gun Kelly. She also has three sons with her former husband, actor Brian Austin Green.

Megan Fox took to Instagram Story on Wednesday, May 21, and reshared a video of her promoting the comedy drama series, Overcompensating, which premiered on Prime Video on May 15, 2025. In a message accompanying the video, the actress divulged, “38 years old. Six weeks pregnant (unplanned but a happy surprise). Please stop listening to the patriarchy. Women are eternal light beings. We do not have an expiration date. Don’t let them rob you of your power. Anyway…watch @overcompensating.” (via People)

Fox and MGK’s daughter was born on March 27, 2025. The couple announced the pregnancy back in November 2024, several months after the couple ended their engagement. Fox was pregnant at one point early in their relationship, but that ended in a miscarriage. Fox wrote about her experience during this period in two poems that appear in her book Pretty Boys Are Poisonous. She told Good Morning America in November 2023. “I’ve never been through anything like that in my life. I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us, and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately… trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’”
MGK, whose birth name is Colson Baker, has a daughter with former partner Emma Cannon. Following the birth of his daughter with Fox, Baker also took to Instagram and shared the news. He posted a black and white video of the baby holding one of his fingers and wrote in the caption, “She’s finally here!! Our little celestial seed.”
