Why Fans Think Blake Lively’s IEWU Co-star Is Distancing Herself

Blake Lively’s lawsuit against Justin Baldoni, her It Ends With Us co-star, has been unfolding with new developments. Reports indicate that her inner circle has allegedly begun to distance themselves from the situation. Recently, Isabela Ferrer, another co-star in the film, seems to be stepping back from her friendship with Lively amid the ongoing legal drama with Baldoni.

Here’s everything you need to know about Isabela Ferrer, and why she is distancing herself from Blake Lively and her lawsuit.

Blake Lively’s co-star is allegedly distancing herself

Isabela Ferrer, who portrayed young Lily Bloom in It Ends With Us, has reportedly deleted photos of herself with Blake Lively from her social media platforms amid Lively’s lawsuit.

According to a source speaking to Daily Mail, this decision didn’t come out of nowhere. “Isabela deleted her photos with Blake Lively at the advice of those around her. Blake wants to drag her into this lawsuit and asked her back her up on her accusations of sexual harassment, but Isabela could not do this because she didn’t personally see this,” the insider revealed.

The source added that Isabela Ferrer was deeply focused on her role during filming and stayed away from behind-the-scenes drama. “She was so focused on her character that didn’t have time to get involved in any gossip. She knows that defending anyone against accusations when she didn’t see this herself with her own two eyes could be very damaging to her career.”

The insider further told the outlet that Ferrer “feels shafted and deleting her photos with Blake was no accident.” But Ferrer isn’t the only one keeping a low profile.

Brandon Sklenar, another It Ends With Us, also appeared to distance himself from the Blake Lively lawsuit. When asked if he had a message for his co-stars, Sklenar gave a vague reply. “Lead with love and compassion,” he said before walking away. (via Daily Mail)

The Blake Lively lawsuit began in December when the actress accused Justin Baldoni of sexual harassment. She also alleged that he orchestrated a smear campaign. Baldoni denied the allegations and countersued in January, accusing Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and her publicist Leslie Sloane of defamation and extortion. The case is now heading to trial in March 2026.
