On March 21, 2025, Discovery Channel aired an episode titled “Mine Boss for the Day,” which fans assumed was Episode 20. However, this installment was actually a special segment rather than a standard episode. Since past specials from recent seasons have not been premiered on Max, this one is unlikely to appear on the platform either.
For the unversed, this was Season 15’s sixth special segment. These specials highlight additional footage of the mining adventures with little effect on the central storyline. The latest special showcased foreman Mitch Blaschke becoming the mine boss for one day. On the other hand, Parker Schabel focused on his gold-digging work with his new dog Bosco.
Gold Rush Season 15 Episode 20’s release date for Discovery and Max confirmed
Gold Rush Season 15 ‘s twentieth episode will be released on Max on April 5, 2025.
The following week will also see a special which means the show will be absent from Max again. However, fans do not need to worry as new episodes will be back on Discovery soon. Episode 20 titled, “Dredge, Baby, Dredge!,” will be released on April 4, 2025, on the network. After a day, the episode will drop on Max at 3 .am Eastern Time. Further, episodes will continue to be released on their scheduled dates and times.
Episode 20 will witness Tony unleashing his floating wash plant. Further, Rick will move Monster Red to Vegas Valley to control the water flow while things will get interesting for Kevin with his nightshift crew.
