Kanye West Accuses Don Lemon of Starting Grammys ‘Kicked Out’ Rumors

Kanye West recently slammed Don Lemon after the former CNN host allegedly started false rumors about him and his wife, Bianca Censori, being kicked out of the 2025 Grammy Awards. The rumors began after the couple made a bold appearance on the red carpet. It quickly sparked speculation about their exit. In an Instagram post, West criticized Lemon for spreading the false story.

Here is what Kanye West said.

What did Kanye West say about Don Lemon?

Kanye West has accused former CNN host Don Lemon of starting the rumor that he and his wife, Bianca Censori, were kicked out of the 2025 Grammy Awards. In a now-deleted Instagram post, West slammed Lemon. He wrote, “This the goofball that started the rumor that me and my wife got kicked out the Grammies [sic].” He further criticized the media, adding, “3 decades of innovating music and they always KOONS like this.” However, Lemon has denied these claims.

The couple made a bold statement on the red carpet when Censori wore a sheer mini-dress that left little to the imagination. Their appearance quickly grabbed attention, sparking rumors that they were escorted out of the event. However, these reports were soon debunked. Multiple outlets clarified that the couple did not get kicked out. Instead, they left the ceremony voluntarily after posing for photos on the carpet.

Kanye West’s outburst at Don Lemon appears to be in response to the anchor’s comments in an Instagram video that West wasn’t invited to the Grammys and might have been “escorted out.” Lemon admitted that he wasn’t sure about the details. However, he speculated that West may have only planned to appear on the red carpet. Lemon also noted that he could be the only person who interviewed West at the event.
