Mayor of Kingstown Season 4 Sets Release Date for Paramount+

A new update has confirmed the release date for Mayor of Kingstown Season 4. Fresh details reveal the Jeremy Renner-led drama will introduce new characters and heightened conflicts, signaling major shifts in the story ahead.

Paramount+ sets Mayor of Kingstown Season 4 release date for October

Jeremy Renner returns as Mike McLusky in Mayor of Kingstown Season 4, premiering October 26, 2025, on Paramount+.

The season begins with a two-episode drop, followed by weekly releases until the finale. Production started in January 2025 and wrapped in the first half of the year, with the season expected to run for 10 episodes.

The new chapter finds Mike struggling to maintain control of Kingstown after eliminating the Russian mafia in Season 3. With a power vacuum left behind, rival gangs rise, threatening to engulf the town in a violent turf war. At the same time, Mike must deal with the arrival of Anchor Bay’s new prison warden Nina Hobbs, played by Edie Falco, while confronting demons from his past.

Alongside Renner and Falco, Season 4 stars Hugh Dillon as Ian Ferguson, Taylor Handley as Kyle McLusky, Tobi Bamtefa as Deverin “Bunny” Washington, Hamish Allan-Headley as Robert Sawyer, Derek Webster as Stevie, Nishi Munshi, and Laura Benanti as Cindy Stephens. Lennie James joins as gangster Frank Moses, and Clayton Cardenas portrays Deputy Warden Torres.

The previous season ended with Milo Sunter killed by Mike, Iris overdosing, and Kareem sacrificing himself during a prison ambush. Kyle was arrested for murder after firing at Robert, escalating the family’s turmoil.

These events set the stage for the upcoming season’s conflicts. Co-creator Hugh Dillon described the season as “a detonation, not an escalation,” adding, “The blade’s sharper. The cuts go deeper” (via Entertainment Weekly).

Taylor Sheridan and Hugh Dillon co-created the series, with Sheridan, Renner, Antoine Fuqua, and others serving as executive producers. Dave Erickson leads as showrunner, while Paramount Television Studios, 101 Studios, and Bosque Ranch Productions produce.

Season 4 will continue Paramount+’s Sheridan lineup, releasing between Tulsa King Season 3 and Landman Season 2.
