Bieber paired her lacy, sheer dress with stiletto heels, and to keep the focus on the dress, the model opted for soft glam makeup with defined lashes and pink lips.
The Rhode founder left her mane open with a mid-part to make her outfit stand out. And for a little bling, the model wore just a ring.
