The Duchess of Sussex made her second appearance at the event on October 5, attending the Balenciaga Womenswear Spring/Summer 2026 show wearing a chic black caped dress, paired with black satin heels, diamond stud earrings, and gold bracelets, with her hair styled in a sleek, low bun.
Markle participated in the Balenciaga show to show her support for Pierpaolo Piccioli, the new Creative Director. She has previously worn his designs at major international events.
