And if sources are to be believed, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have also realised they “can’t live” like the monarchs without the royal family’s support. Hence, they are now looking for ways to cut costs from every corner.
Revealing the reason for their drastic step, a source told #ShuterScoop that the “money just isn’t coming in the way it used to.” The insider said, “The Spotify deal is gone, Netflix has cooled, and the big cash flow they counted on hasn’t materialized.” As a result, the couple is now “tightening belts” and looking for ways to survive.
Harry has reportedly inherited roughly £10 million ($13M USD) from her late mother, Diana. He has also received another £7–8 million ($10.5M USD) from the Queen Mother. However, despite this, the couple is still walking on a tightrope. “They’ve realized they need to downsize their lifestyle if they want to make this work long-term,” another source admitted.
It’s not the first time that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s financial troubles have grabbed headlines. A few months back, RadarOnline.com reported that the couple may be grappling with a serious financial situation as their lucrative OTT deals have been fading.
