A new report has suggested Pete Davidson’s properties in New York City are draining his money. The Sun exclusively learned from an insider that the 31-year-old comedian is not as financially sound as he used to be. He is currently struggling to sell his $1.2 million luxury condo in Staten Island. The source claimed that Davidson has “blown through a ton of money,” adding that the cash “isn’t coming in like it used to.”
The insider stated that Davidson has a “ton of homes at this point.” However, it appears the multiple properties have taken a toll on his finances. The insider continued that Davidson still hasn’t been able to sell his Staten Island condo. He reportedly first put it on the market back in 2022. According to the tabloid, the property was initially listed $1.3 million but has gone through several price drops.
The Sun noted that Davidson took the Staten Island condo off the market a few times and re-listed it. Most recently, the property was listed at $1.07 million before it was taken off again last month. Besides the condo, a lot of Davidson’s finances have also gone into the Staten Island home he bought for his mother in 2017, the report claims. The insider explained that the former “SNL” star has “spent a lot of money” on the four-bedroom property.
The house reportedly went through renovations over the years in an effort to make it “perfect.” However, it turned into a “big drain” for Davidson. Meanwhile, the insider also revealed to The Sun that the soon-to-be dad and his pregnant girlfriend, Elsie Hewitt, have been splitting their time between his two properties in upstate New York and Brooklyn.
