Taylor Swift was all about flaunting her bolder side for the album cover art of her upcoming record, “The Life of a Showgirl.” The 35-year-old singer dropped a series of photos as she unveiled her latest musical project. For one of her concept photos, Swift looked stunning in a barely-there bejeweled showgirl-inspired swimsuit. The lines of jewels came with a base of a nude-colored bra top and a matching thong, worn along with nude fishnet stockings.
The outfit almost blended with Swift’s skin, making it look like she was wearing nothing but jewels. The gem detailing of the bra top extended up to the neck. Similarly, the waistline was also adorned with chains, as well as a bejeweled white cloth, attached at the center and loosely going around the thighs, to amp up the drama. The look further included a cutout fur stole, mirroring the gem detailing.
Swift also wore a matching bejeweled headpiece and cuff bracelets to round off her mesmerizing showgirl look. Besides that, the “Style” hitmaker’s glam was equally dramatic. Swift rocked a smoky eye look, which she paired with her signature red lips. This concept appears to be the highlight of the album’s “It’s Beautiful” version, which is a limited-release deluxe CD. It is only available for 72 hours, as Swift added “while supplies last.”
Meanwhile, Swifties cannot get enough of the pop icon’s showgirl look. The concept photos have already taken over the internet as fans have been gushing over Swift’s bold persona for “The Life of a Showgirl” album.
