The source further shared that it isn’t “just fantasy casting,” but Bezos wants his wife on screen in one way or another. In February, as per an announcement, Amazon MGM Studios would take on the creative control of the James Bond franchise. Its long-serving producers, Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli, gave away the control while remaining the co-owners of the franchise alongside Amazon’s parent studio.
Now that Bezos has the freedom, he is reportedly envisioning bigger plans for the franchise.
