Speaking candidly on a podcast about his relationship, Travis Kelce admitted he is wary of paparazzi now. Travis Kelce doesn’t want his ‘meat’ to be in the tabloids
No one wants to be on Page 6 for the wrong reasons, and Travis Kelce is no exception. He spoke up about his fear of having paps around in the “Bussin’ With The Boys” podcast. In the interview, the NFL star reflected on the realities of being surrounded by paparazzi post relationship with Taylor Swift.
During the podcast, the hosts asked the athlete if he “miscalculate[d]” anything about dating the pop star. Kelce immediately took the opportunity to talk about paparazzi culture. He said on the show, “Yeah, it’s just the paparazzi. That’s probably the only thing I didn’t grasp until you’re in it.” The Kansas City Chiefs player even admitted that dating someone as famous as Swift means being clicked all the time, and “That’s probably the craziest thing” for him.
Due to being constantly surrounded by cameras, Kelce has to be cautious of his actions in public. “Like, I’m just playing golf and all of a sudden in the trees there’s just a f–king guy with a camera,” he said in the podcast. This resulted in Kelce having to “go to the restroom now” as he “can’t just go over here and take a piss.” The player did quip that he has “Never been ashamed of slamming beers.” However, he doesn’t want his “meat on Page Six.”
