Travis Kelce recently shared his insight into the public perception of his relationship with Taylor Swift. Speaking to the “Bussin’ With The Boys” podcast hosts in a video posted on July 1, the NFL star claimed that he miscalculated and didn’t grasp the extent of paparazzi photos until he dated the singer and became an A-list celebrity.
Kelce called the interest around him and his relationship from the paparazzi lens “the craziest part.” To substantiate his claim, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end recalled how he saw a photographer in the trees when he was playing golf. Joking that he needed to be more private while answering nature’s call, the NFL player said, “Just don’t want my meat on Page Six, know what I mean?”
The podcast hosts discussed Taylor Swift’s possibility of attending her boyfriend’s NFL games in the upcoming season since she wouldn’t be touring. Kelce recalled that the singer supported him at a lot of games in the previous season while confirming that she would be present this time around as well. When the host expressed that the pair was “all over,” the Chiefs player clarified that they are having fun “being a couple.”
Kelce continued, “It gets thrown out there as it’s like, we’re trying to seek attention every now and then. But it’s like, we’re just enjoying life and having fun.” Further referencing their Stanley Cup appearance last month, he gushed about introducing his girlfriend to more of the “sports world” that she hasn’t experienced.
Kelce and Swift have been making headlines with their recent appearances, including the singer’s performance at the TEU (Tight End University) concert. Most recently, the couple enjoyed a lunch date in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
