Learn to Be a Doctor without Ever Having to Touch a Naked Lady [Shut Up, College]
The University of Minnesota medical school has solved the problem of the “embarrassment, stereotypes and concern about patriarchy and abuse” that goes along with teaching medical students to do pelvic exams. Whew! The school is now having students learn to do the exams on an “anatomical model” rather than on a live woman. It saves money and it saves the icky embarrassment of having to touch some person’s private parts, just to learn doctor stuff. No more going to med school just to molest ladies, pervs! This man is unstoppable! And HAWT. Although Brett Favre already announced that he would not be returning to the football field, he has reportedly had a change of heart and is set to play for his 20th season of football, this year with the Minnesota Vikings! Apparently, his teammates Steve Hutchinson , Jared Allen , and Ryan Longwell had to fly out to Mississippi and convince him to sign back on, to which some are responding with criticism! ESPN Analyst Tedy Bruschi says : “If you went down there and you had to beg Brett Favre to come back to be a part of this team, I’ve lost respect for this team. To go down there and beg, that means Brett Favre might have had doubt in his mind. Maybe that ankle’s not good. But if it took three teammates to go down and try to convince him? I don’t like what I’m hearing. This would not happen in New England because they have a head coach that knows how to handle things like this.” Inneresting! This guy can’t seem to make up his mind. Brett Favre told the Minnesota Vikings last night that he won’t be playing in the 2010 season. He’s expected to make a public statement today. Favre had surgery on his left ankle in May which contributed to his decision as he wasn’t sure his body would hold up for a 20th season in the NFL. Favre retired from the Green Bay Packers back in March 2008 and returned that July, but he was traded to the New York Jets. The gorgeous singer, who came down with malaria a few weeks ago, will return to her seat on The X-Factor judging table this week. “Cheryl loves the show and is desperate to get back to work,” says a friend. “She’s under doctors’ orders to that it easy. But it’s a big step that she’s back on board.” Following a trip to Tanzania with boyfriend Derek Hough last month, Cole spent a week in intensive care due to this disease.
