Boo! We were looking forward to this! Despite reports that claimed our beloved R-Patz would be making an appearance in the latest episode of Entourage , a rep for HBO has denied that it’s happening! They said: “Sorry, not true.” Lame! His seksi, sparkling vampire ass should have totally guest-starred! It would have made at least one episode watchable! This season has SUCKED! Thoughts?? Thief James Jimenez has been sentenced to four years in prison for stealing Kristen Dunst ’s $2,000 Balenciaga purse from her room at the Soho Grand hotel in 2007. “I don’t understand the charges,” said Jimenez to the judge. “I don’t understand why I’m being charged.” Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Jill Konviser responded, “I understand, because I presided over this trial and I’m familiar with all the evidence.” Ouch! Jimenez’s lawyers tried to get out of the charges by insisting their client had permission to roam the hotel while the cast and crew of How to Lose Friends & Alienate People took over the building. Nice try. Enjoy your time in jail! [ Image via WENN .]

It appears that Google is entering the Digital Music World, and they are totally ready to take on Itunes . Sources have said that Google President Andy Rubin would like to have the new digital music service up and running by Christmas. There’s nothing like some Holiday-time rivalry! Itunes has dominated digital music sales for the past 7 years, and they’re responsible for 70 percent of digital music sales in the U.S. Google will have their work ahead of them competing with that. Between integration into search results and incorporation into Android mobile phones, Google certainly has inneresting ways to self-promote. Do U think Google Can Take On Itunes?

What’s this all about??? This morning, the charges against Tarino Lightbourne and Pleasant Bridgewater , the two men who were allegedly trying to get millions from John Travolta soon after the tragic death of his son Jett, were dropped . A judge in the Bahamas complied with the request of John himself to free the men of all extortion charges. Sources say that plea baragins for the defendants were in the works for serveral weeks, but the news traveling from the islands say that case has just been closed. But why John? Why would you let these heartless a-holes walk away free and clear? We’re all for moving on and rebuilding a life, but these guys should pay for the pain they have caused you! What gives??? UPDATE: Chief Counsel in the Office of the Attorney General, Neil Braithwaite , released this statement outside the courthouse in the Bahamas shortly after the charges were dropped: “The defendants have been discharged. Mr. Travolta is no longer interested in pursuing the matter because it has caused his family great emotional distress.” [ Image via WENN .]
